Hannah Watts, Accounting
“One of my favorite memories is participating in Volunteer Income Tax Accountants (VITA). It’s the best way to give back to the community while working with such a great group of fellow students.”
Aidan Miller, Finance
"One of my favorite experiences as an undergraduate at Isenberg has been getting involved with student-led organizations on campus like the Minutemen Equity Fund and meeting some of my best friends."
Grace Canzano, HTM
“One of my favorite experiences was being able to work the 2025 Masters Tournament. That opportunity has become the new peak of my career, and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of the faculty and staff at Isenberg. Another one of my favorite experiences on campus was being able to attend the CMAA conference every year. I’ve created lasting relationships with students interested in the private clubs industry from all over by attending tours and educational sessions and even exploring some new places!”
Kelly Pease, Management
“At Isenberg, I’ve grown so much through the friendships I’ve made, the professors who have pushed and supported me, and the academic challenges that have made me a stronger student and learner. I’m forever grateful for all of my Isenberg experiences these past four years; they’ve truly prepared me well for my next chapter.”
Emersyn Foresyth, Marketing
“The best experience I have had as an undergraduate at Isenberg has been working directly with Professor Alicia Johnson and Professor Katie Sveinson doing qualitative research. Both of these professors have been my mentors over the last year and assisted me in completing a research project that studies the relationship between collegiate student athlete influencers and social media.”
Fiona Tanikonda, OIM
“My time working as a teaching assistant in the OIM department was very memorable! I was able to strengthen my understanding of course material, while building meaningful connections with faculty members and students.”
Meghan Horan, Sport Management
"In January of my senior year, I had the opportunity to travel to Atlanta with Professor Emily Must to compete in the National Collegiate Sport Sales Competition. It was an awesome experience where I connected with professionals from several major sports teams and had a great time exploring a new city with my classmates.”
Honorees demonstrated engagement with their majors through participation and leadership in student organizations as well as by attending events hosted by their departments.

Ada Nystrom, Finance
"When reflecting on my time in Isenberg, the most impactful experience I had was organizing the 2024 Beyond Your Degree Conference as co-CEO of Smart Woman Securities. Having the opportunity to help students learn more about careers in finance and expand their networks through connecting with industry professionals, professors, and alumni was incredibly rewarding to witness."
Abbey Berry, HTM
"Among the many valuable experiences I have had, serving as co-president of the American Hotel & Lodging Association student chapter stands out as particularly impactful. Leading fellow students and cultivating a welcoming, inclusive environment for exchanging ideas and discussing industry trends has been an honor, and the skills I have developed through this role will remain with me throughout my professional career.”
Meredith McCandless, Management
“I’m incredibly grateful to have served as a TA for Management 301 over the past two years under Dr. Mangaliso and Dr. McGuinness. It was an amazing experience to work closely with our professors and to help students in a subject I’m passionate about.”

"As president of the Isenberg Marketing Club, I had the opportunity to foster connections between devoted marketing students and experienced marketing professionals. IMC and the Isenberg community helped shape me into the career-ready graduate I am today."
Shane DeRubeis, OIM
“My best experience as an undergraduate at Isenberg has been all the community-building opportunities I’ve had. There were so many great chances to come together with other Isenberg undergraduates and connect through academic courses, clubs, and community events. It was incredibly enjoyable, and I’ll forever cherish the relationships I made here.”
Jibrael Harrell, Sport Management
"The best experience that I have had in Isenberg was being the executive director of the Mark H. McCormack Sport Management Career Fair this past fall. Recruiting 55+ companies and organizations from around the country to serve the department's students wouldn't have gone as smoothly without the support of my fellow future sport leaders and professors."
